The last "The Thick of It" episode was in 2009.
In the Loop was also released in 2009. That was three years ago. The fourth series hasn’t even begun filming yet. Say what you will about the shortcomings of American television, but at least it doesn’t take a ridiculous amount of time off between seasons, unless of course it’s The Boondocks.
